Instructions

  1. Smoked Steaks (from frozen)

    1. Thaw on the Traeger at 180 degrees for 2 hours, monitoring closely
    2. Pull for seasoning at around 80 degrees internal temperature
    3. Bring Traeger to 420 degrees or highest heat (500 degrees)
    4. Sear each side for 1-2 minutes
    5. Move off the heat or to the side of the Traeger until internal temperature reaches 125-130 degrees
    6. Let rest and enjoy!
  2. Cranberry Sauce

    1. Add all ingredients to a small pot over medium high heat
    2. Stir consistently until all the cranberries have burst. The sauce should begin to thicken
    3. Reduce heat to medium low
    4. Pour sauce into a blender or use an immersion blender to blend everything together
    5. Pour the blended mixture over a fine mesh sieve or strainer
    6. Use a metal whisk or spoon to press the sauce through (This can take some time and elbow grease!)
    7. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until ready to serve
  3. Pick Your Poison Mashers

    1. Peel and cube the entire bag of potatoes. Add to a large pot
    2. Fill pot with water until all the potatoes have been submerged. Add salt and bring to a boil
    3. Boil potatoes until you can easily push a fork through (about 35-40 min). Drain potatoes
  4. Butter Potatoes

    1. In a Kitchen Aid bowl add half of the potatoes
    2. Add ½ cup Greek yogurt, ½ cup whole milk, & 4 oz salted butter
    3. Mix until smooth or desired texture has been reached. If potatoes are dry, add more milk
    4. Salt and pepper to taste
  5. Ranch Mashers

    1. In a Kitchen Aid bowl add the other half of the potatoes
    2. Add ½ cup Greek yogurt, ½ cup whole milk, 4 oz salted butter, and half a ranch packet
    3. Mix until smooth or desired texture has been reached. If potatoes are dry, add more milk. If you really like ranch, feel free to add more!
    4. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. EZ Peasy Green Beans

    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
    2. Combine the soup, milk, hot sauce, worcestershire sauce, beans and 2/3 cup onions in an oven safe casserole dish until all ingredients are combined
    3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper
    4. Bake for 25 minutes until bubbling. Stir the bean mixture
    5. Sprinkle with the remaining 2/3 cup onions
    6. Bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown. Let rest and enjoy!
The cranberry tart bars and sloppy joes are separate recipes on their own page! The pumpkin pie was courtesy of Costco. 😁
